Quality
In the SULO management system customer requirements are decisive for designing internal processes. An effective quality management is supposed to increase customer satisfaction by understanding and complying with customer requirements.
It is the job of the quality management representative to promote the awareness in the com-pany in terms of customer requirements.
In order to guarantee high quality standards and to continuously improve its processes SULO implements a quality management system in compliance with: DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.

Environment
To us, dealing with the environment in a responsible manner is an
absolute necessity. With the introduction of an environmental
management system we want to contribute to preserving the natural bases
of life.
For us the pursuit of economic objectives is not contrary to the
technical compliance with eco-logical principles ? prophylactic,
efficiently operated environmental management represents an essential
component for our sustainable business success. This environmental
policy serves as INPUT to our environmental goals, thus forming the
framework for the definition and assess-ment of environmental goal
settings and individual goals.
In order to guarantee a high environmental standard and to continually
improve processes SULO implements an environmental management system in
compliance with DIN EN ISO 14001.

Health and Safety
We are convinced that all our activities can be safely carried out and we will not compromise on this.
We will carry out our business in such a way that health and welfare of our employees, the em-ployees of external companies and all persons affected by our activities are guaranteed.
We know that continuously improving our health and occupational safety achievements is of great importance for a successful company.
It is our will to achieve the objective "zero accident" in the long term.
